Game Server Update 10/28/16

This week a new module was released.  The chests that weren't regenerating now should.  More changes are on the way.

    Seems that a lot of the Bones in Hutail/Garr/Hullack Forest/Fire Giants area are empty and remaining empty - any chests in the areas are working fine it seems
